I must apologize for submitting an incomplete review. For, I haven\'t actually used this software to surf the net. However, it works seamlessly with all my installed programs. And, it hardly uses any resources at all.

I do hope to use it to surf the net. But, it\'s on my secondary computer, so I\'ve put it off for a bit.

The firewall configured itself when I installed it. Then, I opened the firewall\'s console. And, I clicked on \"view\", and I chose the advanced setting. I clicked on \"policy\", and I selected \"high\". This set security at high level. I clicked policy again, and I selected \"ask\". This requires the firewall to ask about any connection that does not fit into the global rules or application rules. Of course, this means you\'ll have to answer a pop up for each connection you make to the internet or network that isn\'t found in the global rules or application rules. But, I believe this is the best way to go.

The help file is found by clicking on your Window\'s start button. Then, you\'ll find a shortcut to it bundled alongside the shortcut to the r-firewall program.
